Pet Policy

  • Residents may have a maximum of 2 pets
  • 2 cats, 1 cat, 1 cat & 1 dog, 1 dog or 2 dogs
  • Pets must be spayed or neutered
  • Security deposit with a pet is 1/2 month's rent. Cats $25.00 per cat and Dogs $40.00 per dog.
  • Weight restrictions:
    • Dog's 1st floor: 1 dog - adult weight limit 80 lbs. 2 dogs - maximum adult weight of 80 lbs. each
    • Dogs 2nd floor:  1 dog adult weight limit is 60 lbs. 2 adult dogs combined weight limit is 30 lbs.
